Three granite tile countertop sections available and island base, removed during a kitchen remodel. These were professionally installed and have the appearance of solid granite. The dark granite tile has a rich blend of browns, blacks, and gold tones that work well with a variety of cabinet colors and kitchen styles. The polished finish is in very nice condition and still looks great.

Notes:

• The 36.5" section was installed next to a stove and does not have a finished edge on the right side where it met the appliance.
• The 75.25" section does not have a finished edge on the side that was against the wall.
• Perfect for a DIY kitchen, basement bar, workshop, laundry room, cabin, rental property, or other remodeling project.

**Island Cabinet (optional):**The island cabinet structure is solid and in good condition. It could use some paint touch-up or refinishing, making it a great project for a DIYer looking to save money and customize it to their space.
