These were purchased new in 2024 and are still sturdy and fully functional. The hydraulic lift and swivel mechanisms work well.
Please note: there are several spots where the faux leather has peeled (see photos). I used these in my 3rd grade classroom and the kiddos were a little hard on the faux leather. The damage is cosmetic only and does not affect the function or comfort of the stools.
