New queen mattress Queen bed, dinette bed, upper cupboard bunk bed Sound system 3 burner stove with oven Plumbing, gas, electrical all work great Fridge works great - really cold! Water heater is being a bit fickle - I can get it to light and heat the water but once water is up to temp it shuts down completely Has all original documentation. Fits 7’ or shorter truck bed. I have been using it with my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 that has a 79 inch bed Will come with a nice cover, stairs, and all turnbuckles, if needed/wanted
