We are a private 501(c)(3) foundation (EIN 84-5076171) that seeks to provide needed resources and opportunities for some of the community's most vulnerable and at-risk individuals served by Synergy Family Services. Synergy Family Services seeks out resources that will enhance their well being. Synergy Family Services provides foster care, group homes, a day program, and care to people of various ages, from older adults to youth, with various needs, and several of them with disabilities. We are seeking in-kind donations of new or gently used Adult Tricycles (2 to 3) for use in our day program, a financial donation to purchase 1, 2, or 3 of them, or aluminum empty soda cans (see our other announcement on KSL). Synergy Family Services is located at 2048 W 5400 S in Taylorsville.
