GooglePayThis rv trailer was abandoned on my rural property two winters ago in Duchesne County. I secured a clear Utah title through the Utah DMV and am now looking for the best reasonable offer to recover my time and effort. No reasonable offer refused!
It's a 1984 Kit MFG. Co. Commodore / Cove travel trailer. The exterior is classic cream/beige with red and tan accent stripes, ribbed aluminum siding, and dual axles. Manufacturer plate shows GVWR 5,995 lbs, GAWR 2,710 lbs per axle, F78x15 tires on 5" rims, and 35 PSI cold.
It has been stored outdoors and shows expected weathering from two Utah winters including some fading, dust, and surface wear. The previous owner left a mess inside — I have not cleaned it out or done a full interior inspection. Clear Utah title in hand and ready for immediate transfer. Located in the Duchesne County, Utah.
This is a solid vintage travel trailer with good bones and plenty of character. Perfect project for restoration, off-grid use, or budget camping. Sold strictly as-is, where-is. Cash buyer preferred.
