VenmoGot this with a boat a couple years ago. It had been sitting a couple years when I got it. It did start right up but didn't idle well. Water was coming out so it was cooling ok. Will need at least the carb cleaned. It doesn't have a tiller but has the fittings to put one on it. Comes with an extra Prop.
