ApplePayOxblood leather sectional with matching ottoman, originally purchased from Furniture Row/Sofa Mart 10 years ago. Comfortable, durable, and still in good shape with plenty of life left. Retailed for $3000. Selling because we bought a different couch and don’t need two sectionals.
The pieces aren’t too heavy- can be moved by two people. Wooden feet are removable with an Allen wrench for easier transport through doorways.
Condition Notes: Minimal to Moderate overall wear Some degraded leather beneath the chaise arm and on the right side of the wedge section Visible scratch marks from dogs Covered with blankets/furniture covers for most of its life
