PayPal1986 Four Winns open bow true 21' pleasure boat, offered as a "mechanic special." The shell, interior and trailer are in great shape. The motor not so much. Long story short the engine has water damage, I haven't tried to start it because I don't want to damage it worse. I'm sure the right person could take apart and repair the engine. Unfortunately for me I just had bicep surgery so am in no place to be redoing an engine. Comes with some ropes, skis, 2 extra props and extra trailer tire. $1800 or best offer.
