My housemate and long time friend is moving out end of August (move in date is 8/20) and we’re looking to fill her spot! The house is a 2bed 1 bath that was recently renovated with new appliances and is located in south salt lake/sugarhouse area. The backyard is fully enclosed with a patio, fire pit, and a dog door to the house. Currently no pets in the house. There’s a single car garage with an attached work space, bench, and a healthy amount of shelves for gear. I’m a 30yo male and spend most of my time outside of work on bikes, motorcycles, or skis! Rent includes most utilities minus electrical and gas. 1 year lease.
