Oil changed at the end of last year and trailer has been used once this year. Tires are decent condition and easily have a couple more seasons in them. Wheels bearings packed and checked in May. Everything works as it should. Memory foam mattress in the front. Well, taken care of. Toys were always hauled with a tarp underneath to prevent oil, gas, and mud stains. Awning is sun-rotted and will need to be replaced probably. We just never used it. Trailer is clean, never been smoked in and ready to go for the season. Total trailer length is 30ft. Cash only.
