Pace American inc 40’ enclosed trailer. I bought this trailer when I moved from North Carolina back to Utah. I put all new tires on it new wheel bearings new brakes. I had a weld shop extended the 5th wheel and convert to gooseneck because I put it with a short bed 3/4 ton dodge. It has since sat on my property since 2018. The tires still look great no cracks. In 2022-23 winter did some damage to the roof. Overall for sitting the trailer is still in fairly good shape. Clean Utah title in hand.
