Canela (cinnamon in Spanish) is a sweet, loving 2-year-old dog who is looking for a family to call her own. She is a lab mix, has been spayed, is up to date on her care, and knows an impressive number of tricks. She is incredibly smart, a giant cuddle bug and loves being around people/animals.

Willing to negotiate price however just trying to make sure she goes to a home with someone who is serious about her.

I absolutely adore her however as a new RN, my work schedule is demanding and unpredictable. I have come to the difficult realization that I cannot give Canela the time and attention she deserves. Living in an apartment has limited the space Canela has to run and play. Therefore she would largely benefit from a yard.

This decision comes from a place of love, not convenience. I am devastated, but want what is best for Canela.

Canela is affectionate, loyal, playful, and has so much love to give. She deserves an active life and companionship she’ll thrive on.
