He is an Irish Marked, Brown, Wavy male
His temperament is playful with a good off-switch. He rests well and likes to be held. His cute little nose is filling in (melanocytes, the pigment producing cells, develop around 8 weeks) and we love his color patterns. He has passed his barrier tests and is a great swimmer.

Meet our carefully planned PWD litter. Initial ultrasounds showed 5 puppies so we were shocked (and thrilled) when the xray the final week showed 10! Photos of mom and dad in listing. Both are 55lbs so we anticipate dogs 50-60lbs.
Because of this large litter, we will have puppies available for adoption the end of July.

A note on choosing a hypoallergenic breed: You’ll see that the market is flooded with doodle dogs. Most people seek doodle dogs because of the possibility they’ll have little shedding but don’t consider fully the personality or health status. There is not a “breed standard” for doodle dogs and thus a lot of variability in temperament and health. There is a propensity for hyper personality that can be difficult to train.
These purebred AKC dogs are loyal, intelligent and high energy but not hyper. They have a loyal and adventurous personality. Their single coat makes them non-shedding and hypoallergenic (my daughter has allergies to dogs, including golden doodles and other breeds but has never reacted to our dog). Our dog has zero shedding, even when being brushed.
We are a preservation hobby breeder. Be wary when choosing your breeder: Google words like “how do I know if it’s a backyard breeder or puppy mill” to get tips on selecting an excellent breeder. Portuguese waterdog
