This playhouse has been a great source of entertainment for my kids for a while now. Sadly, they are outgrowing it. It is in good condition. The slide either needs repaired or replaced. A gust of wind caught it and broke a piece of the slide off. You will need to disassemble and you will need a few people to help. It is good wood and durable which also equals heavy.
