PayPalStill worked fine, when replaced it. Hadno issues at all. We just wanted to be able to do the replacement ourselves, in between tenants . If emergency situation, we well would have to hire a plumber because had to remove 1/4 of new furnace and A/C, to clear a path to even get this water heater out.
Someone might need a water heater that will fill a short term need. I could help install, don't pay for anything til verify water heats up properly, all works well and no leak after water is hot
Natural GAS. Been in use 9 years. Actually could have 2, 3, 4 good years left in it. Rheem is brand. Height 56.5". Diameter 16.5".
