This is a PROPANE Water Heater. Not Natural Gas- no switch, go boom. If you don’t know what your house uses… then you are probably on Natural Gas!

Brand New Heater- Never installed! (I’ve only hooked it up to test it) it’s in perfect working condition. Manufacturer Warranty still intact! This Heater was marked as a “Scratch-and-Dent” (see photo) The outside metal has nothing to do with the function of the heater as it just covers the insulation- so if that doesn’t bother you, it’s certainly cheaper!
