I’m looking for someone to take over my lease on a spacious (~710 sqft), well-maintained 1-bedroom apartment. I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here and would stay if I weren’t relocating for a new job.
It will be unfurnished.
Rent Details
- Base rent: $1,320/month\
- With the media package, trash, and building utilities, my total monthly cost is typically around $1560/month\
- Optional garage parking is available for an additional fee
Why This Is a Great Opportunity
My current lease runs through the end of September, but the leasing office has indicated that a new tenant should be able to renew at my current base rent of $1,320/month (potentially with only a small increase of around $10–$20 per month).

Overall, this has been a great place to live. It’s spacious, quiet, conveniently located, and comes with a rental rate that is well below what a new tenant would likely pay today. The only reason I’m moving is because I’m relocating for a new job opportunity.
