I need someone to help look after my animals/livestock. They can park their RV or trailer here in exchange for their help. I have a spot for an RV/trailer and a space to fence off a small fenced yard. I take care of my animals most of the time. I only need help with my animals once in a while, when I can't be around. If I can't take care of my chores because I'm gone I need someone who can do that for me. Also, four to eight times a month, I may need someone to help me clean any messes on the property, or in the yard, or sometimes, not often, I may need a hand building a fence or animal pen, animal shelters, or bird pens and coops. I have a 2500 gallon water tank they can use for any water their needs. But they'll have to help me keep it full. Maybe help haul water once every few months. I have a porta potty, but they'll have to help me keep it clean. I want to trade rent for someone to be present in case I need help with my animals, and a helping hand with yard work, and occasional infrastructure work. You'll take care of your own living expenses. Sometimes I have trouble leaving and taking care of business because for one reason or another, someone may need to be present for the animals. I may also need to go to Northern Utah for a day or two every once in a while. It's hard to leave when I don't have someone here. Contact me and I can take you in a video tour on my property.
