We bought this chair used, chair is stuck in the reclined position and we can't tell if the heat works anymore. It has an app through an iPad, but does not come with one. Everything else works and has been amazing to use after work. Unfortunately we just don't have the room for it in the reclined position and I'm tired of it right in my entryway.
