VenmoThis is a small business style building on a trailer. We used it for a shaved Ice business for the past few years. We are looking to sell the building only. It hooks to a 2 inch ball. The trailer lights do not work. We’ve only ever pulled it to a location and set it up for a season. We are asking 6000 OBO. We will entertain any reasonable offer.
The building itself is really structurally sound. It does have weather wear and tear on the outside of the building and it has use wear and tear on the inside of the building. It could use a good cleaning and some fresh paint and maybe some trim boards.
