'd like to simplify the process and sell by room space to include the main furniture items shown and most decor shown (e.g. lamps, mirrors, pillows, throws) into a single price. Art pieces, if present, not included with some exceptions. Guest rooms include mattress/boxspring (minimal used and covered from day 1). If you're looking to easily furnish a home or space, this is the time to do it. Anything not sold will be going on a truck.
Because there will be a lot of individual dimensions/sizes involved, it would be easier to see it in person, ask questions, take measurements. Several rooms were guest, formal and/or spare spaces and minimally utilized, if at all. A general cost/detail breakdown:
Formal living room: $1800 (sofa set, ottoman table, lamps, decor) Main living room: $2500 (sofa set, coffee table, 2 side tables, lamps, some decor) Main living room (3rd couch/ottoman, rug): $600 Master Bedroom: $2400 (king bed hdbr/ftbd/railing, 2 dressers, 2 side tables, lamps, some decor) Master Bedroom: $700 (accent chair/lamp/table set) Master Bedroom "Temper Ergo Twin XL Smart beds w/ base x2": $5000 obo (orig price ~$8000) Basement Living room (sectional/coffee table/2 side tables/decor): $1500 Guest room1 (dark wood queen bed/frame/mattress, 1 side table, space side table, dresser/mirror, decor): $1500 Guest room2 (light wood queen bed/frame/mattress/boxspring, dresser, 1 side table, decor): $1000 Dining room (table top/base, 4 fabric chairs): $800
