18’ pre lit Christmas tree purchased about 5-6 years ago from Modern Display for approx. $10,000.00. Gorgeous beautiful tree. At base, it is about 6-7 feet wide. Selling for brother who recently moved. Need gone ASAP so asking $500 obo.

Tree comes with storage bags and stand. I helped take down last year; all lights worked.
