Dimensions: • Height: Approx. 36" • Without Leaf: 54" x 36" (Rectangular) • With Leaf: 54" x 54" (Square)
Condition Details (Priced Accordingly): • Table top has minor damage on corner where the laminate came off (see photo #3). • The rest of the tabletop shows minimal light wear/scratching. • One missing latch mechanism underneath (does not affect stability, as there are many other latches). • Fabric on chairs shows minor, normal wear.
