I have a white Toshiba Smart WiFi Air Conditioner. It has touch buttons and can be controlled with an app on your phone. The last 2 pictures show what the app looks like. It is 8000 btu and cools up to 350 square feet. Mt sister used it in her town house and just switched to central air. The writing by some of the buttons has worn off a little but it still works well.
