This boat is built to last! We are the third family to own this boat and each family has owned it for roughly a decade. This 1989 Thompson watercraft with a mercury 210hp 4.3 liter V6engine has watched kids grow into adults, grandkids born, dogs come and go and too many fish to count…. and it is ready for its next family! This boat seats 8 people or 1200#’s but I know we have pushed that limit on a few occasions. Since buying it in 2014, we have added a wake tower (pulls tubes, wakeboards, knee boards, and skis without problem!!!), Bimini top, Bluetooth stereo with 4 waterproof speakers, 2 accessory holders that hold 1 kneeboard, 1 surfboard, and 4 wakeboards, mounted flag buddy, new engraved glove box door, and a cute boho makeover. My husband just went through the engine and changed the oil, new belts, and fuel filter and it has had excellent yearly maintenance. We took this boat out this weekend to make sure everything ran properly and pushed a full tank of gas through it. Our family is growing and we need a boat with more room, so it is time to pass this boat on to the next family!! The Bimini top needs repair, pic included.
