This camper is in great condition. New tires this year! New Awning Cover. We are just too old to go any more! It was not used at all last year. Used once in '25, and twice in '24. I'm really fussy. The stabilizers are underneath, of course, where they get all the wet and dirt. I hated how bad they looked every spring when we got the camper out, so last year I had them Powder Coated! Now just hose them off and they always look great!

It has a water tank we've never used. A fridge we used the first summer, then just used our big ice chest. Has a sink, of course. and a good heater.

It does not have a shower or a toilet. The vast majority we stayed in a campground where there were bathrooms with running water. If not, we just used a porta potty.

We pulled it with my 2002 Lincoln Continental. A very easy pull! The Lincoln is for sale also, by the way!
