VenmoThis is a 12,000 BTU window Air Conditioner Unit. Only requires a 115 volt electrical outlet. We used it for a few months in 2025. This AC unit is on sale through Home Depot right now for $367. It was such an awesome unit. It was the second one that we had used. The first one (same unit) we used for years and it cooled our entire 1200 sq ft. even though it says it is rated for 550 sq ft. home. We did that because we did not have the money to replace our HVAC system for a few years. When that first window AC unit finally stopped working, we went and got another of the same model. This year we replaced our HVAC and we no longer need this AC unit. It worked great for the last few months of the heating season last year.
