I absolutely adore this boy so much. Bear is just the sweetest, most loving, goofy boy you will ever meet! If you are looking to skip the puppy stage and want a well bred, well trained family dog, this is the perfect boy for you.
We have made the super hard decision to retire our amazing boy. As much as I would love to keep Bear here forever, I think he deserves a home where he is the center of the world. He deserves ALL the loves, cuddles and attention. We also think he would be happier living in a home without so many ladies and constantly being around females in heat.
Bear is house trained, crate trained, he has his CGC and TKN titles. Bear is great for grooming, baths, all of that. Very food motivated and loves his toys. He truly wants to please.
Bear is an amazing boy. He is from russian golden retriever show lines. He was born Jan 2019. He has been OFA tested with passing scores for hips, elbows, eyes, heart, patella and dentition. He is genetic tested and is all clear. Bear can be neutered before he leaves, will have a full vet check done and will be up to date on all vaccinations. He is microchipped. He is AKC registered.
Bear is great with female dogs and does ok with most males. He would do fine as an only dog as well! I have not tested him with cats or other small animals. Bear is around 70lbs, so while I consider him safe with kids, you would want to watch him around small children due to his size. He is a very gentle soul. He would be an amazing family dog. He could be an amazing therapy dog as well! He absolutely LOVES people.
Bear is truly an incredible boy. He would be a good walking buddy or hiking buddy. He is a more medium/low drive and energy boy. He would be a great family dog, or a buddy for a retired couple. I don't see him being an active sport dog, but is the perfect house dog!
