I have 5 roosters that have not started to crow, cockerels. They are about 3 months old. They are mostly black. Black roosters are good at keeping birds of prey away from your flock. They also taste like chicken. If you are looking to get blue or green eggs, Dad is either an Amerucana (blue eggs), or a olive egger/Amerucana(blue/ green eggs). Mom's vary from chocolate, light brown, pink, or 2 shades of blue. This means if you breed your hens to the male you'll get Easter eggs; various shades of blues and greens.
