Beautiful trailer in excellent condition! Was stored inside a storage facility since new, except for the last year.

37’ total length 8’6” wide. Tows beautifully. Trailer has upgraded 17.5”commercial wheels & tires w/ matching spare. Dry weight 9535 pounds.

Cold weather package with heated underbelly and heated tanks, integrated surge protector. Also has a solar system, inverter, 5500 watt onan generator with low hours, 2 air conditioners, Reese goose box gooseneck hitch (still have factory fifth wheel hitch) 6 volt batteries, 40 gallon fuel station, 13.5’ garage space to the cabinets.

Slide in the living room(couch) and the closet slide in the bedroom. Awning is in excellent condition, has LED lights under it. Morryde steps added as well as a lock box and keypad entry.

There is a table that goes between the two chairs and in front of the fold down couch in the living room slide out.

We had a Polaris RZR Turbo S that fit in it and we currently have a CanAm X3 XRS 4 door that will fit with rear stock tires and small transfer tires on the front.
