OG Specialized Stumpjumper. Size medium (ideal fit for 5' 8" - 5' 10"). Second production run. Perfect for a vintage collection or a coffee cruiser with serious flavor.
This bike was purchased from the estate of the original owner in survivor condition. It was 100% original, down to the dry rotted tires and brake pads, and doesn't appear to have ever been ridden off road. Bike was minimally restored (tires, pads, grips, seat + post) but kept otherwise original respecting its historic nature.
If you've never ridden a truly early mountain bike, it's a unique experience. Think heavy duty beach cruiser with gears, rather than the road bike influenced geometry that arrived in the mid 80s. I'd happily keep it, but it's a little small for me and I'm not a collector. Would love to see it go to a home where it will be appreciated.
Cash only. No trades. Text is best.
