I barely used and babied this trailer. Everything works, the water is drinkable, wheel bearing freshly greased, and every tank is drained and backflushed after every use. It smells great. Its only filled with a filter and has filters on the sink in the kitchen for extra safe drinking. Water heater anode rod changed yearly. Batteries always stored indoors in winter. Covered every winter. All seals cleaned and protected every spring. You name it, I maintain it.
