Meet this spunky little Yorkie gentleman — 10 years young and full of personality!

Don’t let his age fool you—this guy still has plenty of pep in his step. He’s playful, curious, and loves to stay engaged with the world around him. Whether he’s trotting beside you or keeping watch over his surroundings, he’s happiest when he’s part of the moment.

He came to us from a shelter out of state, and while he’s safe now, it’s clear he’s still searching… quietly hoping his person is out there. There’s a sweetness in him that feels like he’s just waiting for someone to finally say, “You’re home.”

He does best in a space where he can rest comfortably and get up to move around when he needs to—if he stays in one spot too long, his little legs can get a bit stiff. Give him a cozy setup and the freedom to wander, and he’ll be just fine.

When it comes to other dogs, he’s more of a “respect my space” kind of guy. He’s not looking for trouble at all—he just prefers not to share his bubble. Think of him as a tiny “get off my lawn” neighbor who really just wants peace and his own person.

He has no behavior issues—just a heart that’s ready to be whole again. What he truly needs is someone who will fill that space he’s been holding onto… someone to love him, include him, and remind him he doesn’t have to keep searching anymore. He's great with all people, including respectful and gentle kids.
