VenmoVintage 1970s Ibanez Model 2350 — the legendary "lawsuit-era" Les Paul Custom copy, built by FujiGen in Japan. Natural/blonde finish with block inlays, split-diamond pearl headstock, and the "Custom" truss-rod cover. These were Ibanez's best-selling Les Paul copy of the decade and are increasingly collectible. This is an early example: no serial number, which dates it to before August 1975 (Ibanez started serializing bolt-on models that year). Genuine pre-'75 lawsuit guitar. This one's a player, not a wall-hanger, and priced accordingly. It was my reliable gigging guitar for years and it plays great. Full professional setup done this past winter at Guitar Czar — plays clean up and down the neck. Upgrades & details: - Seymour Duncan humbuckers (big upgrade over the stock pickups — sounds fantastic) - Tune-o-matic bridge / stop tailpiece - Mahogany body, bolt-on maple neck, rosewood fretboard Honest condition notes (see photos): - Original pickups not included; currently loaded with Seymour Duncans - One tuner has been replaced (5 match, 1 is a Yamaha) — all function fine - A chunk of finish/wood is missing on the back lower edge, plus normal dings and play wear for its age - No case included (open to including a gig bag if you want one) Everything works, plays, and sounds great. To the right buyer who knows what a lawsuit-era Ibanez is, this is a cool piece of '70s guitar history at a player price. $500 OBO. Cash only, local pickup in the Salt Lake area.
