VenmoThis sweet boy's name is Oberon. He is 4 years old and is fixed. He is pretty tall and weighs about 95 lbs. He has experience living with adults, a cat, and small children.
He knows sit, down, and come. He is working on the 'watch' and 'wait' commands. He loves treats, peanut butter, and chicken. He always wants cuddles and pets, and is a big softy. He sometimes gets scared of new men, but warms up within 30 minutes.
We are surrendering him to the humane society on July 18th, but would love for him to get a good home sooner if it seems like a good fit.
He does have some medical needs that we are not able to deal with at this time, and this responsibility would fall on those in his new home. He has a small abscess from a foxtail, and a potential fungal infection in the ear.
His fur holds really well onto foxtails. I have tried to remove them all, but I cannot guarantee that they are all gone.
He will come with a basic crate, a lead, a food container, and whatever food we have left. He does tear things apart if they are in his crate, so he does not have a blanket currently in there, though he used to. He is a great chewer, and so most of his toys need to be replaced.
He does dig holes when he is bored, and he is a big dog, so sometimes this results in big holes.
