Great condition for its age! I have owned it for 5 years and have remodeled the tack room into a mini weekender. It’s small, a 2ft short wall, but fully insulated and comfy to sleep in. Greet flooring that’s easy to sweep and keep clean.

It has hardly been used the past 2 years due to me taking a break from riding. Bearings packed 2024, breaks checked, roof seams resealed professionally last fall (they could not color match the product-I chose function over fashion!) and tires are 2 years old with hardly any miles on them. Good floor. All 4 dividers and space for manger bags (I think I have 2 if you want them).

Great opportunity for someone without a living quarters budget but wants a warm space to dry camp overnight! This trailer has been awesome for me but it’s time to upgrade.
