Poprocks is a big, athletic gelding with all the tools to make a competitive barrel horse. He has been ranch ridden, trail ridden, and is currently loping a nice, correct barrel pattern.

He is powerful, quick-footed, and extremely athletic with the ability to take the right rider to the pay window. Due to an injury as a 2-year-old after running through a fence, he got a later start than most horses his age and has a scar on his back hock. His price reflects his training timeline and history.

Poprocks is not suitable for a beginner rider. He is a strong horse with a big personality and requires a confident, experienced rider who appreciates and understands this style of horse. He has a few quirks that will be disclosed to serious buyers.

As his training has progressed, he has proven to be more of a project than I currently have the time to dedicate to. With several other horses in my program, I feel Poprocks would benefit from someone who can give him the consistent time and focus he deserves. He is a talented horse with a lot of ability, and I believe he would excel with a rider whose style and goals are a better match for him.
