Hey everyone! I’m moving out of Utah and need someone to sublease my studio apartment in Draper.

I’m looking for someone clean and responsible to take over the remaining contract, which runs through August 2027.

The Space: Modern studio with in-unit washer/dryer and a garage parking spot.

The Price: Base rent is $1,249. Total is about $1,443/month with the building/amenity fees.

Utilities: You will just transfer the city utilities into your name when you move in.

Move-in Costs: First month's rent + standard security deposit. There is a $35 application fee with the Leasing Office.

Bonus: I can leave it partially furnished for free (King bed, desk, tables) if you want it. Otherwise, I’ll clear it out.

The complex is right by the aquarium and has an awesome pool, gym, and pickleball courts.
