Fabric surface is in good condition with no visible wear or stains. Mattress is included with both. The mechanism works smoothly and easily.
These have been in my grandpa's basement since the early 1970s but were seldom used. Overall great condition. Well built and Very Heavy.
Please bring muscle to move them up 8 steps to the front door.
