Everything in the picture except for the 2 dolls are included in the 20 dollar purchase. It comes with 2 mattresses, 2 comforters, one blanket, 2 pillows, and then the bunk bed itself. This bunk bed has had no problems when I was using it. It looks and works like it is brand new. The other pillow is not in the picture but it looks like the pink one but it is just blue.
