Sweetwater Lift Lodge deeded week at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. The yearly week to stay at Sweetwater Lift Lodge is week 37 and condo #40. The check in day for 2026 is September 12 for 7 days. The condo exterior door is on Lowell Avenue and goes right to the outside. The unit is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom suite and features a spacious living area with a wood burning fire place and dining area perfect for large groups and families. This two bedroom suite offers 2 queen beds, 1 murphy bed, and 1 bathroom. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove top, microwave, refrigerator, and dining table. You can also exchange the week and use it at 1000's of different resorts worldwide and pick your week. My wife and I have done the exchange and went to Hawaii, Southern California, Las Vegas, and South Carolina to mention a few. The yearly maintenance fees for 2026 were $836. The deeded week will have a fee of $350 to do the paperwork to change ownership. The new ownership will come with a free weeks stay for the check in for September 12 for 7 days or you can deposit it for an exchange at a different resort. Call, text or email with any questions. We are getting rid of this week because we have another week at Sweetwater and don't need 2 plus additional timeshares elsewhere. Sweetwater Lift Lodge is very nice and comfortable and we love it there.
