Bunkbeds in the back (2 children or teens).

The roof has had some leaks in the past. We have made repairs and recoated the roof. It may need additional roof repairs now or in the future. Ceiling wallpaper in one area is damaged and should be replaced.

The blower for the heater may need to be repaired or replaced. Most appliances work. It's been a while since we've used them, so everything should be tested. Sold as is.

Asking $3,300 or best offer. Motivated to sell, most similar trailers are priced higher! We have had an offer for $2,700 but would prefer to sell it for at least $3,000 so we are waiting for a few days or so to see if we get any better offers. Available to show today (Saturday) or Monday. The money will be used for my son's missionary fund (he just submitted his missionary application).
