This is a Ringside 130 lb heavy punching bag, ideal for boxing and general fitness training. It's in good used condition with some minor wear typical of a used training item. The heavy-duty chains are included for hanging. The swivel lock is broke but has been replaced with heavy duty carabiner lock as seen in picture.
