Bought two of these and they don't fit my 4yr old. Size large and size medium. Measurements supposed to fit 20-20.5" and 21-21.5". We measured 19.8" and the we're both too large for us. Brand new only tried on once. Removable washable pads like the name brand helmets. Safety certified. Price each set with gloves, goggles, helmet, and soft carry bag.
