This (supposedly) male rabbit showed up in a neighbor's yard 10 weeks ago. I have a small meat rabbitry and so when they caught him they brought him to me. Unfortunately, he's not the kind of rabbit I breed. It seems pretty apparent that he was someone's pet (thought he has definitely been enjoying his new found freedom and less approachable than the female that was caught with him) and I'd feel a bit bad just turning him into food without trying to rehome him first. He is a bit stand offish, but is warming up to being handled by humans much more quickly than I would have anticipated. He is super gorgeous and I think he would make a nice pet.
I have a second listing with the female he was caught with and they'd do well together (I'm assuming at least one of them is fixed because they've been cohabitating for 10 weeks and there's no babies)
