Comfortable, well-loved leather furniture with lots of life left. The leather is in fair condition with normal wear from everyday use, including some scratches/marks and sagging, but no peeling or tears. Smoke-free home.

The sectional is still very comfortable. A few of the springs have broken over time, which is reflected in the price, but it has continued to serve us well.

Great for a basement, family room, rental, cabin, or anyone looking for comfortable seating at an affordable price.

Sectional length is approximately 9’x9’ (chaise is 5’ and the other end of the sectional reclines). Glider recliner chair is about 36x40”.
