Not sure what kind of wood but it is solid wood. It has some dings and scratches, looks ok if you don’t look close but would be beautiful restored. Stairs have drawers, and then two drawers under the bottom bunk. One handle missing from stair drawers (we have it though, it just needs to be screwed in) bottom drawers don’t fit on their tracks and need repair. We’ve been using them anyway so usable but not optimal. Pickup, Venmo or cash only.
