This trailer is in great condition for it's age. All appliances work as they should and AC and fridge run ice cold. Bunks in the back make it great for a family. The table and couch turn into beds as well. Slide out dinette makes it feel roomy and comfortable inside. Slide operates with no issue. Awning is in good shape and also operates as it should. Has a solar panel on top to keep batteries maintained while generator isn't running. It has newer 10 ply tires, a new tub liner, new tub faucet, new kitchen faucet, and recently sealed the roof due to a leak in the driver front corner. There is some water damage inside the trailer as it happened during the winter and didn't get seen until spring (see pictures). The trailer will come with the propane tanks, the batteries, a kingpin stabilizer, and an extra new anode for the hot water heater. I am also selling the hitch as I went to a bumper pull, it is a Husky 16k manual slider, so we can discuss price if you are interested in that as well.
