We started remodeling this trailer, but then I got pregnant and we never had the chance to finish it. We’d love to see someone else finish it and enjoy it! It’s definitely a fixer-upper, but a lot of the hard work has already been started. It would make a great hunting trailer, weekend camper, or family project. ( Sleeps 4.)

• 9-10 unopened boxes of brand-new Shaw luxury vinyl flooring ($500+ value!!) included with the camper. Flooring has not been installed yet.\
• Couch folds into a bed.\
• Dinette converts into a bed (never used it ourselves, but it appears to be functional).\
• Refrigerator & freezer work great.\
• Stove & oven work great.\
• Main living area has been updated with:\
• Fresh paint\
• New light fixtures\
• New backsplash\
• New curtains, curtain rods \
• Wallpaper has been started\
• Bathroom has not been remodeled yet.

Exterior / Mechanical

• Two propane tanks included.\
• Has been covered during the winter.\
• Roof had a couple of leaks in the past that were repaired to the best of our knowledge. We’ve also sealed it since. Since it’s been covered, we haven’t had an opportunity to verify them recently. It is being sold as is because we are unsure on status! \
• Furnace is unknown We attempted to light it once but couldn’t get it to ignite and never looked into it further.\
• Awning needs to be replaced or removed.\
• Refrigerator roof vent cover needs to be replaced (currently covered).\
• Entry door functions, but will likely need replacement eventually.
