I purchased this Commercial Grade steel building thru Olympia Steel Buildings It was originally meant to be a shop for a plumber in the mid west. They paid there deposit and backed out on the building I found the building and purchased it with the intent on building a barndominium home. Our plans have changed and we’re just trying to eliminate some debt now.

This building is not comparable to a car port or cheap versatube metal type garage buildings. The Plans come with Stamped Engineered Drawings

The dimensions are 42 ft long 30 ft wide 16 ft tall 14x14 ft garage door cut out And a man door cut

colors are the main color blue and trim colored grey.

This building is still in its original packaging from being shipped from manufacturer.

Includes all bolts/nuts, screws, plates and fasteners to start and finish the build.

I have all the paperwork from being shipped. The materials list has been verified and everything accounted for. Including the structural building plans.

I’m capable of delivering the building after receiving a deposit as long as it’s not over 10 hours from my location.
